•What is Group asking
of your facility?

•How can we be assured our facilities won't be damaged?

•As a GWF host facility, what exactly is my facility responsible for?

•Other groups ask to use our facilities. How will we accommodate all requests and still conduct
summer maintenance?

This sounds like a ton of work. How will we manage it?

With more than 30 years of experience, we at Group Workcamps Foundation have become seasoned experts at planning and organizing these events. We have conducted hundreds of Workcamps at locations across the country. No other organization has our depth of experience. We’ll be right by your side through the entire process.

Our staff stands ready to guide you through the entire camp experience.  We have developed a "Lodging Guide", available for your reference, and steps to follow that will assist your facility personnel in their preparation and duties for the camp.  We also have a dedicated staff of Project Managers to assist and support you and your staff through the entire process.  They will help you:

    1. Order the food for our campers
    2. Prepare the staff for the campers arrival
    3. Work through staffing schedules and payment of staff after camp
    4. Navigate through the "Lodging Guide" for quickest reference
    5. Connect with the local Cosponsor who can help facilitate the process
    6. With any number of tasks – simply call and ask when questions arise
We are guests in your facility, and we will treat it as if it were our home.  If there is anything that is disturbed or damaged due to our use, we promise to make it right again.  It is our intention to be welcomed back.
